She is a dogtographer offering dreamy, whimsical, custom photography designed for the pet obsessed. If you're the type of pet parents who consider your dog family and want to include them in all of life's big milestones, she has got you covered. Her style of photography is made for the modern day pet parents that want to show off and obsess over their fur babies. 

Jess is married and has a rescue pup named Ellie, who many times makes guest appearances in her mommy’s photography. Pet Project By Jess began as a challenge to learn a new skill to add to her media related talents but once she was hooked, that quickly turned into a pretty regular hobby outside of her full time job. She has since turned that little pet project of her’s into something special and meaningful by combining two of her favorite things - dogs and photography and turning it into her everyday, full time job. Over the years, her skill level and equipment grew into what it is today. Over the past 10 years she has experience photographing families, engagement, maternity, newborn and grads, but found a real passion working with pets. “ I believe it’s a niche that’s not as widely offered to those who are just as obsessed about their beloved dogs as I am, so I’d like to change that and offer something a little different for people like me.” - Jess Rodriguez

Jess is also our preferred puptographer for our twice a month Foster Field Trip (hyperlink blog post for foster field trips). We host two monthly field trips for the pups located at The Animal Foundation, this is where we get to check out a pup from the shelter for the day so we can help get them socialized which hopefully helps get them adopted faster. We take this time with the adopdatple pup and we ensure their day is magical and exciting. We also take this time to get some fun loving pictures of the pup for their shelter profile. We both volunteer our time and money for these field trips as we are dedicated to finding animals their furever home!

FairyTail Engagement/Celebration Shoot With Jess

Price- $325

This package is perfect for couples wanting to include their pet and ensure they have a photographer that specializes in doing this. This is also a perfect time for you to work with us before the big day for some extra needed practice. This shoot can be booked before the wedding or even after the wedding to ensure we capture all of those timeless memories with your pet.  We can help celebrate any holiday or accomplishment with both you and your pet. (Birthday, Gotcha Day, Engagement Shoot, Save The Date, Baby Announcement, etc. )

Meet Kierra, the owner of The Barkery LLC. She is our neighborhood dog baker who offers organic dog goodies to ensure your pet lives a long, healthy, and tail-waggin’ life.

Kierra was compelled to start her business in 2020 when she put conscious thought into what exactly she was feeding her dogs and how she wanted to make a healthy and yummy alternative. She started researching tons of recipes and bringing her treats to coworkers at her job. When she saw that her coworkers' dogs were going crazy over her treats, she knew she had something special. Since then, Kierra has committed to creating recipes using only organic ingredients for everything she makes. Over the past two years, her business has expanded into so much more than she could've ever imagined. Not only does she bake organic dog treats, she also creates custom dog cakes, donuts, macaroons, and more!
